Fortune global high-end manufacturing/distribution conglomerate (headquartered in Northeast New Jersey and leader in their industry) seeks entrepreneur (CPA a must) with 7 yrs with public (Big 4 a +) or public/private combo. Responsible for management of high-end international accounting in a global manufacturing environment. Must have expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP + IFRS. Prepare analysis and projections relating to profitability and regulatory impact. Experience in multicurrency consolidation, foreign subsidiaries, technical accounting and financial controls skills required. Develop and implement accounting/internal control policies/GAAP procedures for entities. Liaise with Controller, CFO and have the ability to present information to senior management and board of directors. Strong analytical skills and tax accounting a +.
